The Truth is…God Made the Plants

The Bible tells us that on the third day of creation God made the plants. He formed the flowers, the grass, the herbs and the trees. He made a beautiful garden in Eden where these plants grew.

When we look at the different types of trees and flowers we should remember that God made them. We can see the colourful flowers grow and the fruit forming on fruit trees. We can see the leaves on the trees turning from light green in springtime to darker green in summer, and then in autumn to red, orange, yellow and brown. God is in control of it all.
