Delivery & Policies

Orders are normally despatched the next working day following receipt of the order. If any item is out of stock we will contact you to advise. 
We deliver your order using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the total weight of the order placed and its packaging, for the most economical method for you. 
When an order is despatched via Parcelforce, where possible, we will advise you of the expected date of delivery and how to track the progress of your order online. Please note that occasionally there may be unavoidable delays in delivering your order due to events outside our control.

Cancellation Policy
Before payment has been processed you may cancel your order at any time via email or telephone. 
Once the order has been prepared for despatch and payment has been processed the order cannot be cancelled. 

Returns Policy
All shortages and damages must be reported within 3 working days, by email or telephone. Customers must have prior permission to return items. 
If it was our mistake, send the item back and we'll refund your postage costs to the card you paid with. 

If you wish to post the incorrect or damaged items back to us: 

  1. The items must be in the original condition and packaging with any security seals intact.
  2. Repackage the products securely and send to the address on your delivery paperwork.
  3. Include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address or telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement.
  4. If we don't receive the item we can't refund you or replace it, so we recommend you use an insured mail service.

Please note bespoke items are non-returnable without the express permission of Paul Trimble Printing.

All bespoke items are produced following a signed-off pre-production proof. The quality of the bespoke items will be equal to or exceed the quality of the proof. When placing an order for bespoke items it is the customer's responsibility to check for mistakes, errors and omissions before giving us the final go-ahead to print.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously so you can shop with confidence at Paul Trimble Printing. 
When you place an order, we collect some personal information from you: 

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • The address your credit card or debit card is registered to.

This information is collected and held securely. We use the SSL, the best security software available, to encrypt your personal information so it cannot be read by a third party. We treat all your personal information as confidential, complying completely with data protection and consumer legislation. 

We will never pass on your details to any third party.
