Return Policy
All shortages and damages must be reported within 3 working days, by email or telephone. Customers must have prior permission to return items.
If you wish to post the incorrect or damaged items back to us:
1. The items must be in the original condition and packaging.
2. Repackage the products securely and send to the address on your delivery paperwork.
3. Include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address or telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement.
4. If we don't receive the item we can't refund you or replace it, so we recommend you use an insured mail service.
Please note bespoke items are non-returnable without the express permission of Gospel Tract Printing.
The quality of the bespoke items will be equal to or exceed the quality of the proof. When placing an order for bespoke items it is the customer's responsibility to check for mistakes, errors and omissions before giving us the final go-ahead to print. Please note there may be slight colour variations between computer screens and the final printed product.
